Southside Heat got the Capitol City on fire. Raleigh, NC native son has been on fire for three years, putting out consistent content and developing a real fanbase. Dope TV got the pleasure of sitting down with Hazardous Records newest signee. The relationship came about after CEO super producer DY-Nasty aka The Fireman invited him to perform at a show making Southside go last on purpose. The move would’ve swayed most without hunger to just leave but Heat “Stood on business” and showcased his talent. This eventually got Southside signed to Hazardous Records.
South has a local hit single moving throughout the Carolinas titled “Come Get It” produced by DY. The record is a clash between old and new with a Dope sample of Busta Rhyme’s “Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Can See”. The duo has more Heat in the tuck scheduled to drop this year promises Southside Heat. He’s caught our attention as one of the artist to watch out of the Carolinas.
